The Myths about Airbrush (Spray) Tanning
Their are many myths and concerns about Airbrush (Spray) Tanning. I am here to dispell those myths. Many people believe that all Airbrush tans will turn you orange and make you streaky and blotchy. At many places this CAN be true. The reason for this is because a lot of places use products that contain dyes, tints and bronzers. These products are actually dying your skin, and the "Tan" does not last long. This is very common in places that use machines to spray you and a lot of places that dont specialize in Airbrush Tanning, like small salons that only have one sprayer (who is usually inexperienced) and that use inferior products that contain dyes, tints and bronzers. Also, mant places use alcohol in their solution. This alcohol dries your "tan" too quickly and can actually cause cracking or an aligator skin look. These same products and machines really arent safe for you and pregnant women arent advised to get sprayed with these inferior products or by the machines that spray you.
